Jet Tech – Service Preparation & Important Information
To help us complete your service safely and achieve the best results, please review the information below.
Customer Preparation Before our arrival, we kindly ask customers to:
• Move vehicles from the cleaning area (driveways, garages, paths and surrounding areas)
• Close nearby windows, doors and vents
• Remove or protect furniture, pot plants, decorations, electrical items and valuables
• Ensure clear access to all surfaces that require cleaning
• Keep pets and children safely away from the work area during the service
While we take great care during all services, Jet Tech cannot accept responsibility for items or vehicles left within the work area.
Surface & Property Condition Exterior cleaning can sometimes reveal or highlight existing wear or damage that may already be present. By proceeding with the service, customers acknowledge that Jet Tech is not responsible for issues related to:
• Loose or deteriorating paint
• Aged or oxidised painted surfaces
• Cracked grout, mortar or render
• Loose, damaged or poorly installed pavers
• Existing structural defects
• Old or weathered timber, including decking
• Worn or failing sealants around windows, doors or walls
Cleaning may also remove loose sand between pavers, reveal natural efflorescence (white salts), or expose colour variations that were previously hidden by dirt, mould or staining.
Water & Drainage Pressure cleaning involves the use of water. Customers acknowledge that:
• Water may enter through worn seals, unsealed areas or existing gaps
• Jet Tech is not responsible for water ingress through doors, windows, vents or similar openings
• Drainage conditions on the property are outside Jet Tech’s control
Photos & Documentation For quality assurance and record-keeping, Jet Tech may take before and after photos of the work areas.
